 Great, if you like mission-style furniture February 12, 2007

I ordered this couch (and other matching pieces) as a casual yet classy new addition to my living room. I figured it was the kind of couch people would actually SIT on and NOT feel so much like they were in a pillow that they would want to go to sleep. Upon arrival, UPS had basically destroyed the box, so most of the couch was broken. I contacted the MANUFACTURER via Amazon.com's complaint system, and was immediately sent the replacement parts necessary, at no charge. The only difficult part was actually returning the old parts, but that was also free. All in all, this is really a great couch. More comfortable than you might expect, and even better with the addition of a few throw pillows. Also, the microfiber is VERY EASY to clean!! Great in my house of five cats and three dogs! It also barely collects any pet hair, and if it does, it is also easy to wipe off. Hope this review helps. I'd be happy to answer any questions you may have.
Nice couch for a nice price December 27, 2008

I bought this couch a few weeks ago and am happy with it. It came quick and was really easy to put together. I wanted something my cats would not totally scratch up and so far so good. I don't think they like to scratch microfiber very much and of course the wood ends really help. I thought the back was going to be wood but it's not...microfiber. I have had a few people ask if it's a futon and folds down...no. It's quite comfortable and I did have a friend sleep on it and she said she could stretch out and it was great. I eat and watch TV sometimes and it's nice to be able to put a drink on the arm rest while doing this. I am happy with this purchase.

This sofa is also sold online at Target. it took a bit to figure out the set up and I was able to put it together by myself in about 1.5 hours. When I bought the matching chair, I put that together in about 30 min. This is a basic sofa. So far, it's holding up well. The back cushions tend to slide a bit and you have to readjust. Its comfortable and roomy for someone small to sleep on it. There were no missing parts or split wood when it arrived. I don't know how well it would handle for kids to jump on it or for larger men to sit on it.
